Title: Wavey- heavy Sapphire blue vase??

Quite heavy with polished out pontil mark, but can still feel the dip where it was. Sapphire blue more apparant at the base. 7.5 inch tall, 4.75inch dia rim, 2.5" dia base. Thankyou for any help in Id'ing.
