Title: Ribbed Jack in the Pulpit Vase with Twisted Rim

I'm hoping for help in identifying this vase, which has me stumped.  It's not the highest quality, fairly crude and heavy, although it has some charm.  Surely a factory piece.  I'm thinking Fenton or West Virginia, USA 1950s/1960s, but that's a wild guess only.
