Title: Interesting Jade Glass Bud Vase

I'm hoping someone can help me to identify this piece of jade glass.  8 1/2 inches (22 cm) tall.  When was it made and by which manufacturer?

Most likely by HVG  Glasgut Hoyerswerda Strangfeld & Hannemann between 1922 and 1931....
