Title: Consolidated Catalonian (?) Large Electric Blue Bowl

I've owned a piece in this series and color (electric blue) before, but I have not been able to verify that this bowl is in the Catalonian line.  It's a molded piece, obviously, and one possible clue is that there is a zero ("0") molded into the underside near the edge.  Very large, measures almost 11 inches wide.  Any help identifying maker, line and vintage would be appreciated.

hi.  This is not Catalonian, probably not Consolidated or even particularly old.  Catalonian glass was always handblown and would have a rough pontil.  Also, it would have some bubbles in the glass.
