Title: Green 8" bud or stem vase

I have this vase which I obtained alongside three Riihimaki pieces but I don't know if this one is of that origin as I can't find this style in any design listing for Riihimaki.  
The vase is 8 inches (203mm) tall and 3¼ inches (82mm) at widest part.
Please can anyone help me by telling where, and by who, you think this was manufactured...also date when you think it would have been made?

I am not certain but this glass looks like Anchor Hocking, or Fire King forest green glass. I also saw this color on some Napco pieces. Wish I could have more certain information for you.  :X:

100% not Riihimaki. Empoli may be worth exploring.
