My daughter bought this pretty vase in a charidee shop. There may be many of them but I can't find anything quite like it. Any ideas, pretty please?          H: 42cms, weighs over 1kg

Thanks for any help you can give, angel2

It is Italian from the Empoli/Florence area.

Similar one here with a label saying "Lavorazione a Mano" : [Link (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Art-Glass-Italian-Venetian-Murano-Blue-Lavorazione-Mano-Vase-/150665958141?pt=UK_Art_Glass&hash=item23146412fd)]

Accordging to Google Translate, that's Italian for "Hand Processing", or I guess, "Hand Made", so not a manufacturer name.  The label reminds me of some found on glass by Stelvia though.

Anita:    :kissy: :kissy: :kissy:
Wayne:  : :kissy: :chky: :hiclp:  Yes, it's very like. How did you find it so quickly, or were you already watching? it's difficult when you know nothing about an item to even know where to begin looking.

Thank you both so much, it's one of the items my daughter wants to sell to help finance a 10th anniversary trip.
