Title: Blue and gold flake cylinder vase ID help ID = Timothy Hochstetter Adeptus Arts

Hard to photo, but vase is 9 by 3.5 inches. It is cobalt blue with a gold flake pattern inside. Signature looks like Hoffstetter? and is also stamped. Any info would be appreciated. thnx for looking.
