Title: Red knobbly bowl , help please

Hello , this red , clear cased bowl is 9 cms high and 12 cms wide , with a slightly concave base . Any idea on maker please .

Saw something very similar in a charity shop with a Made in Roumania label on it recently.

 I thought it may of been a Czech bowl  , didn't think about it being Romanian , thank you .
