Thought this was a little unusual in shape, not one I have seen before unless it's a new piece.

Weird!
It does look like one of the older Tiger variants but I am not that familiar with them, so I may be barking up the wrong tree.

Chris, that does appear an unusual shape, out of interest, how tall is the vase..?
I don't think its a completely new piece as I believe 'Tiger' in that colourway is no longer produced. Tiger was renamed as Marble, which Mdina currently still sell, which you can see on their website, the colours are slightly different to Tiger. That said I'm not sure when exactly Tiger ended and Marble was introduced.
As a rough guess, I think your vase could be around 80s in date, looking at the colour....sure someone will confirm for sure.
I quite like the shape, not one I've seen before.
Hope this helps a little.

John..just looking at Mark Hills book, apart from the folded rim the vase looks like the one on the top left of page 52, c.1980.
Certainly a strange shape with that folded rim!

It's quite an hefty piece weighs 1.5 kg and 6.5" high and 5.5" across the rim.
cheers Chris

Hi Chris - What's happened with the photos here? All I can see is two triangles with exclamation marks.
