Title: Art Glass Bird (mottled) - signed ??

Found this little blue Glass Bird.  He is about 3.5 inches tall, and 5.75 inches long.  Mainly blue and white mottled colors -- but where his breast is -- there are some other colors.  He has a signed mark on the side (not the bottom)  of * JP 97 *.  I am not finding anything -- or know if anyone can tell where this type of art Bird might be from.  Only thing I know for sure is it is from 1997....LOL

I still always forget to look on the side of an item, rather than just the base.  I bought this at the Opp store not seeing the lettering on the side once again. 

Memo to one-self:  Always *check* sides too   :spls:

Having no luck but no time to really look - here are a couple of lists that you might Google or go to a website from.  I suspect this bird is from the USA - they often sign on the side.
