Title: Victorian Etched Water Bottle?

My friend said that she thinks this is a water bottle and should have a glass to go with it.  I thought it was a hyacinth vase.  But is it English do you think or what country could it have come from?

It's a hyacinth vase. Our resident hyacinth vase expert may be able to help with who and when. We really need pictures of all glass against a clear background: white for coloured glass, dark for clear glass. We also always need base shots and dimensions.
