Title: blue vase with white enamelling

Hi, trying to I/D this blue opaque glass vase with white enamelling and gilding on the body, polished out pontil mark with age related wear on base. 7.750 inches tall and just under 3 inches dia at the widest point.

Nice vase. It is not actually enameling but a second layer of white glass over the basic blue, which has been cut away. Then the is gilding on top of that.
The technique and most likely the vase itself is Bohemian. But as these have been in production for a very long time there is no telling if it is old or recent. At least, not from a photograph.
