Title: Handblown bubble bowl with brown flecs

Hello to all, I bought this lovely handblown bowl(deep polished pontil), sits on a rounded foot, has controlled bubbles and brown flecs in bottom half, also rim undulates a little, any ideas of maker, I cant see any marks. size is 27cm diameter by 10cm tall on 8cm round base.  Thanks for any ideas   Simon :hiclp:
