Title: 60's?? Green Glass Bowl - Would like to know the maker please
Post by: rosecottagesales on November 20, 2011, 10:48:50 AM
Hi all...Today I bought this sage green bowl at the market and been told it was made around the 60's. Very heavy bowl, with a straw mark present. Would like to know the maker and country of origin please.

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks all in advance.

Regards
Brenton

Looks like Skruf/ Edenfalk - but could be another maker in Sweden or Germany.

Thanks Ivo

Will search for these glassworks for more info on the internet soon.

I typed Whitefriars on google, and clicked on images, I found similar item listed on ebay Australia recently. However, I can't see what's being written on the listing apart from the title and the image...and it was a SIGNED piece?? :(....I don't think its a Whitefriars piece though

Not Edenfalk perhaps but most definitely Skruf - like this one

definitely no relation to WF, I assure you
