Title: Can anyone ID this mark?

Found on the bottom of a murano vase:

AMF-W 91

I can only find one reference online to this mark (albeit with 87 instead of 91). I assume that 91 is the year it was made. Does anyone have any idea "who" AMF-W is?

Hi,  a picture of the vase would realy help and a picture of the mark a well.
