'CW' is all I have to go on.

Glassware is not my main topic (I concentrate on paperweights) - but this could be Caithness with Carol Webster (less likely Carol Will) as engraver.

Thanks for you thoughts Wolf,
I initially thought it might be Caithness and the quality is certainly there.  But the base is a dimple rather than flat and the top edge is rounded. I don't know enough about this type of glass. Just a junk-shop find I couldn't leave behind.
