I happened to see these on ebay and on page 25 of Mark Hill's it shows a pic. of a sculpture made of spare glass blocks from a private domestic architectural commission. Were these blocks just a one-off ? ....Where's that Christmas list I was writing ? !

Not a one-off thing, no. :)
I've got an amethyst one and I know of others who have them too.
-
Thanks very much Sue . They look great ,the seller has taken some really good photos of them. :)
-
is your's signed Sue? and how is it mounted?
-
No, and it isn't. ;D
-
Well I gave it a go at £308.00.......................... But FAILED !
Pity but there you go.
Patrick.

Me too but my bid was limp by comparison and not high enough to register by that stage.
I had plans for framing them in a nice deep box frame with four led light strips inside, they would have looked great hanging on the wall at night....
Well, I guess they would have looked good at any time. ;D

No, and it isn't. ;D
Cheers Sue,
Here's what I had in mind as a table sculpture....

They looking stunning Martyn
-
They do indeed - but I take it they're not yours any more, Martyn!
That's what I would have done with them too - except I have no space for it.

No longer mine Sue, I was contemplating having the stand made up, but then decided it might not be to everyones taste so sold 'as is'...very happy with the price, but do wish everyone wouldn't leave the bidding so late (he says hypocritically)
