Title: Small heavy green vase w/ pinch
Post by: cubby01 on December 11, 2011, 07:57:03 PM
Any one seen these?  Origin and vintage?

approx 4.5" tall ( 11,5 cm) / approx 3.5" wide (9 cm) / approx 1.75" across the foot (4,5 cm)

Base is flat and polished.  Not enough wear to call old.  Four pinches or dimples around the base.  Interesting opening at the top.

I'd say Czech, ZBS (Zelezny Brod Sklo), but see what others think..

Wow, thanks folks.  Now, seeing more of the ZBS glass, I think there's a good chance that's what it is.  Will continue to look for a match.

That's great, Dirk!  A labelled example which confirms the vase is ZBS. :)
