I have this bottle which you can have four different colour liquid in a same bottle. I am not sure what it is called but this is only one l came across so far. Its like a four quarter section glass bottle inside a bottle with stoppers on the top.
I don't think this is very old possibly 1910 and sort of play thing or use in a chemist shop.

Liqueur bottle from the 1930s in France or a similar one produced until at least the 1960s by Leerdam. These used to be sold with 4 different liqueurs in them. Usually the tiny glass stoppers ae missing. The item is not very collectible, thee seem to be a lot of these around.

I mhave had two - one with glass/cork stoppers and one with [lastic stoppers. The are either markeed made in France or are from the Newetherlands. One of mine was sold with VOK liqueurs ( a Dutch brand) and I know they were sold with another Dutch brand here in Australia.
