Title: Need help on a glass ashtray

Also from my friends estate, no info on when or where bought. It is about 4" across.

On my mac the second picture looks more purple than it should. The glass is a dark blue.

This looks like it could be glass fused around a sheet of copper foil. Does it look like this to you?

Took a closer look and for sure it is foil fused between glass. Not sure if the foil is copper or if some of the color is from the glass.
