Title: Does 3 mold seams always mean fostoria?

I have a diamond point spooner? that has 3 seams.
I know that some Fostoria has 3 mold seams.. Do any other makers also have 3 seams or
is my piece Fostoria.

Hello

The number of mould seams in pressed glass is entirely dependent upon the ensuring the ability to removed the formed object from the mould.  So in short, it is meaningless in determining who made your spoon holder. 

Companies who we can document as having made versions this pattern include Bryce Bros. and Gillinder and I suspect there were others.
