This is the biggest vase I have. It must of been really hard to make. Any ideas would be fantastic.

I can't help, but someone will be along soon who may be able to.  Do keep watching for replies.
Is the vase completely clear glass or is it slightly iridescent?  it is quite hard to tell on dark backgrounds.

Does it glow Green under a UV light ?

I'm not sure, but I would go for fairly recent and possibly Mexico or maybe Spain recycled glass as well.  I have a small piece, that is clear and has this curious green tint that looks as though it may glow....but doesn't, mine is also fairly new.
