I would try the main glass board.  Definitely not Murano.

For kicks, I've also got a frosted glass piece I can't figure out (and no help from the main glass board; I tried).  For a half second I thought it might be Carlo Moretti based on color and because it is composed of very thin glass, but I'm doubtful.  Japanese?

Maybe ebay item 4445315013 will help (similar item).

They attribute it as Made in Italy, distributed by Studio Nova. If they are correct, it was probably made elsewhere in Italy than Murano.

FWIW, frosted orange glass with a white casing is currently being mass produced in China in an infinite number of shapes.... so I would not be surprised to see the same colour and finish without the casing appear from the same source.

Suz99 -

Try looking at a company called PartyLite.  It is a home party business that sells candle holders and candles.  It looks similar to a line they have.
