Picked this up & think its european instead of U.S. Is the term open lattice accurate in this case even though its hand done? I don't know what it is maybe a rose bowl & looking for opinions as I guessing bohemian/czech. It does show bottom wear. Blown crystal optic with a polished pontil then a hand applied blue ringaree followed by a hand applied crystal band with leaf shaped projections at the top. TIA for any opinions.

Can we have a bigger pic and one of the base? It barely blows up. Might be English as well

Christine afraid I cannot. Had trouble with photo (twice) yesterday thats why its small. My PC said pic size was just fine & within board limits, however both attempts to post rejected pic size & why I don't know. Just now I attempted to post new pics (three times) & yet once again it rejected the size & once again my PC said size was within limits (one 96 & the other 98). I've noticed several posters have been having this problem recently & I've never encountered this until now & when you try to repost you get an error message that says you've already posted this which of course you haven't because it was rejected for pic size. I give up fighting this problem & (again) this has never happened to me before. Thanks for asking though. Edited: Well I combined them compressed & it finally worked, however there should be absolutely no need to do this & I've had some experience making certain photos do not exceed limits on several boards.

Email me the uncropped original and I'll see what I can do with it. Envelope on left

Better pictures thanks Ken, but still none the wiser.

Thanks for looking Christine. I figured it was probably close to impossible to ID. Unbeknown to me youngest GS (2 1/2) decided the day day before to play photographer & changed close to all the saved settings on camera. Didn't find that out until dinner last night when DW said how cute it was...cute my hindquarters...camera is now out of reach. Ken
