Title: Large Italian jar with lid

Hello!

Here's a link to a very odd Italian jar.  I have never seen anything quite like it and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it further to what has been posted on the auction site.  Is it Empoli?  I used to have a few bits of Empoli glass and this seems to be the wrong colour.

Empoli glass comes in  all the colours under the sun. Empoli verde is green. Looks fine to me
