Hi all,
Well I'm a sucker for what I think is a bargain or is it I just cant leave a piece of glass behind :ac1: I think this could be an ice bucket but I am taking a punt on that. Large, heavy and the colour is a cross between pink and amber. The base part is hollow. The bottom is concave. The handles dont look molded. It was sold to me cheaply because of the ?cracks? in the bowl which look like where the base and bowl were attached. Throw any suggestions at me :)

And the handle....

Thought I would give this one a bump as I still am no closer to finding out about this :) Maybe someone has seen one in the interim...

Hi Selina,
another photo of the join may be useful but the "cracks" look on this picture, like trapped air during manufacture to me. It looks like handmade vintage glass, probably over fifty years old. What size is it? Sometimes attributions can take years. I quite like it.

Hi Robert,
I can't get to it atm but its about the size of a large ice bucket.. about 10" high and 7" across the bowl. It certainly had an appeal and I haven't parted with it yet. :)
