just wanted to share this morning's much better than average finds :)
the red bowl I believe is the shallow Lotus bowl W/Fs 9022 in Ruby from the 1949 catalogue - although not sure that ruby was a common colour, and this example is NOT cased in clear. Grateful if someone will confirm please.
the green bowl and the rabbit jelly mould are Bagley (the mould is the pint quantity measure) and the bowl is the Hardie Williamson Marine bowl design - it carries the correct Rd. number.
the duck is Wedgwood.
I would have put money on the ice-lip water jug being one of the FT pieces in Midnight, but having looked in both books cannot find it. What do people think please.
If anyone wanted to see a better picture of any particular piece, please ask. :)

Are the rabbit moulds desirable?
(there's one in a local charity shop...... >:D I did hum and haw, and resisted. However, Michael is not being good to me about resisting. ::)
I keep telling him he should congratulate and praise me for resisting, you know, reward good behaviour. :smg:
But he won't. He just says; "Why should I? You've just not acquired more junk we don't have space for. Its just logical you should leave the stuff behind."
I'm going to give up resisting soon. It's not worth it! :grrr:

Resist his accordance then... ;D
Paul, that Bagley is beautiful - does it glow?
-
oh, Sue - you know virtue is its own reward.........and anyway what would he reward you with - do tell us ;)
Are the rabbit moulds desirable - I don't really know - I just collect things made of glass, fancy asking me if it's really worth having ;D. According to the Bagley book the half and full pint examples are supposed to be common - althought this is the first one I can recall seeing.
I'd give up resisting if I were you, and give in to temptation ;)
Sadly, Dirk, it doesn't - would have made my day/week/month if it did

Affection, praise, and dark chilli chocolate would all do, Paul.
All I ever get is the chocolate though. And that's a neccessity, not a luxury.
