Bought this cheap - the opaque white in good heavy cased clear glass is good and the decoration reminds me of Holmegaard by Lutken and Bang c1970 - but the top doesn't look at all Holmegaard - so good copy or can someone attribute it to a factory - its 6.5" high
Thanks Adam

Could very well be a "Holmegaard, Kastrup or Fyens Glasswork" but not an official catalog one. Glassblower was not allowed to make "sales items" for them self, but was allowed other things in glass and was called "Søle" "After hours work" often they did some change to the original. Have gathered a few item here http://www.hardernet.dk/Artglass/SOELE_FUSK-Danske_Glasvaerker_1825.htm (http://www.hardernet.dk/Artglass/SOELE_FUSK-Danske_Glasvaerker_1825.htm)
Think you can find a the "look alike" here in Michael Bang vases http://www.hardernet.dk/Artglass/Bang,_Michael_artglass_no_name_K-HG_1968-2000.htm#VASE (http://www.hardernet.dk/Artglass/Bang,_Michael_artglass_no_name_K-HG_1968-2000.htm#VASE) scroll a bit down

I'm sure these have been identified as Chinese but I'm also often wrong :pb: ;D ;D

One seller at the fleamarket had 3 of these vases the other day (exact same shape and decoration, but basic colours were light pink and light green), they had a sort of crumply base and looked totally new...

In that case, they are Chinese and Snowflake brand

Snowflake gets another. The more I see, the more I like! Although I don't go for those wavy rims.

Yup, definitely Snowflake - got a boxed set of three vases sans wavy rims lurking somehere.
