Hi and welcome to the GMB :)
your stand looks very similar to this one but I don't know if it has been identified yet? I thought it had but I can't find a reference at the moment.

I think (but could be corrected ;D) the reg no dates it to 1930's but again it might not be our set of reg numbers in the UK?
Someone will be along very soon I am sure, who can help more.

Thats great yes its almost identical different number though :)

Hi, I think the number is Pamela's own reference number for her site for that one.
I didn't look closely - are there differences in the actual piece? or was it just Pamela's ref number?

It was 'most likely' to be imported be by Jules Lang & co in 1930 according to... http://www.pressglas-korrespondenz.de/aktuelles/pdf/pk-2005-1w-blomfield-aufsatz-cherubs.pdf
That article is from 2005, i'm not sure if anything has come to light since then, maybe some of our other members know more about it...
...i've just seen Flying Free's post. :)

I think it is just the number that is different although I dont have the piece here to double check, after your reply I tried google again and found one the same but amber coloured glass and it was listed as Daum ?
-
Thank you I will have a read of that Tigerchips :o
-
I don't think it is Daum :-\
-
Ok does that mean it is a copy of the one I found on google or the one I found has been named wrong? :)
-
I have been reading the many threads on here and it seem it was made by Schweig, Müller & Co. The attribution, i think, came from identifying the bowls that sit on top of it.
