Title: Unusual four footed, clear and green dimpled vase
Post by: heartofsklo on March 07, 2012, 05:24:59 PM
Looks unusual with four inset green thin panels and dimples to each side. Measures 22.5cm tall with no makers marks evident to the base.

It does look unusual but I like it!  (Quite keen on things with feet.)  I hope someone can help you with ID.

That is a floor vase which first turned up in the early 1900s in bavaria and which has been most popular ever since. In recent years the Chinese have effectively filled demand - but for a long time they came from Bavaria. No idea where yours was made thouh.
