Title: Cranberry Glass with porcelain and gold leaf decoration and centre handle

Hi,
I'm new to this but have been given the attached piece of glass. I really don't know what I have or whether it's worth anything. Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks. Orrinocho

Well whatever it is it looks absolutely amazing! please can we have a close up of the decoration on it and a photograph of the base as well?
Is it porcelain and gold leaf decoration or is it perhaps enamelled and gold leaf?
What size is it please?

Not sure about attribution on that piece but they sure do look nice.

Thanks everyone.
The diameter of the server is approximately 12 inches. I can't see any makers mark on the base.
I've enclosed a couple of pictures deatailing the decoration which looks hand painted. Thanks again for your help.

I think the detail is enamel rather than pocelain

Do you have any other ideas about this as I really don't know much about it.

Possibly porcelain, though occasionally I have seen leather flowers stuck on.

Sorry no. This is high rise enamel and gold, a.k.a. terzo fuoco. It is either Bohemian (most likely, at least half a dozen companies qualify) or else Italian - where Barbini Martelago jumps to mind.
