Title: ID Help Pls - Cloudy Mottled Cream Bowl With Orange Stripe

Haven't seen anything quite like this before, the mottled effect is vaguely similar to Nazeing, Vasart etc.  Not much wear to the base though, so could be modern.  Nice ground polished pontil mark.
