Title: Stacking crystal (?) candle sticks. Scandinavian?

Thankfully I found a small collection of these candle sticks so I could work out that they stacked together. I'd guess that they are Scandinavian just because of the whole ice theme. Do you know about them?

I have one of those for many years and always wondered about its origin, until I saw one with a Kosta label recently...
They seem to come in two sizes.

These stand 7 cm high.

Could a MOD assign these as attributed?

Mine is 7 cm high as well, the labeled one I saw was taller (about 10 or 11 cm I would estimate).
