Title: Blue vase with Rough Coating and Blue Trailing

Hi All, got this blue vase in a job lot. it's 24.5cm high and weighs 747g. The blue glass has had orange and white swirls added,  and the outside of the vase has had a treatment which give the vase a sandpaper  texture. The final decorative feature is a blue trailing staring haveway up the vase and going to the the top. At the bottom of the vase is a rough pontil mark.
