This lovely little vase has been donated to us for sale to raise funds for the hospice I work at. I wonder if someone might be able to help me identify it please. It is 5.5 inches tall
Many thanks in advance - Sarah

Hi Sarah,
The vase is a Sklo Union piece, designed by Vladislav Urban c.1967. A quick search should reveal more examples...

Six of the shapes are towards the end of this album: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/CzechGlass#
As well as the 3 vases, candlesticks, jardiniere and ashtrays shown there is at least one other shape to be found (large ashtray/bowl).
