Title: Chinese ?
Post by: dculvyho on April 12, 2012, 05:10:36 PM
I am rather new to the world of paperweights.  My research suggest this is probably a 1930's Chinese paperweight which appears as if it might would be considered a poor example.  I would appreciate any comments about this paperweights value and quality and if I did my homework correctly.

Thanks
Doug

I would agree with your conclusions - but you're probably better at pwts than I am.

Typical chinese cane formation, but the clear glass and the non matt pontil type base are unusual to me. Roger.
