Title: ID ideas please blue candlesticks

Any thoughts please on this pair of dark blue candlesticks, 9 inches tall they will take a thin tall candle or a votive type. Any suggestions appreciated John

I think there is a possibility these are Ikea originally.  But I could be wrong.
