Title: Tall Olive Green Flat Base Vase

This a dark olive green glass vase with random pulled and stretched bits creating an unusual look. The top has also been pulled and reminds me of a baby bird's mouth waiting for food! The base is flat and has age related wear. Height is 35cms (13.75") and 8.5cms (3.25") across the base. Apppreciate any help in identifying this piece. Thank you!

Iv'e handled these before but never bought - It has a Czech feeling to it perhaps?
