Title: Help needed to id piece of art glass :)

Hi..hope somebody can help me id this piece..It measures 4" in height and approx 7" width..It has 2 rows of perfectly controlled bubbles and also has a splash of amber and  orange colour running through it..Would be grateful for any help :)

Yay thank you so much..I have owned this piece for at least 20 years and never been able to figure out what it was so thanks again for taking the time to view and identify it  :)
