Title: Fenton? Stephens & Williams?

Hi! Need help identifying these two 6" vases. I've looked around and think they must be Fenton or Stephens & Williams.

Welcome to the board. They aren't Fenton. They might be Bohemian; they might be English but probably not Stevens and Williams. What's the base like and do they glow bright green under a UV light?
