Title: ID Request - Mottled Blue Vase Signed 'France Gellows UR 63'

Anyone recognise this design?  Mottled blue with applied clear prunts/blobs, ground polished pontil mark. 

10.5 inches / 265mm tall, weighs 2kg.

Signed to base 'France Gellows UR 63', but I'm getting nothing from google.  I'm not completely sure if the signature belongs, it doesn't look very well done, and for some reason "France" is on there twice.

Thanks for checking Ivo, I don't have that book.  If the signature turns out to be bogus, maybe it could be Czech/Prachen...
