Title: ID Request - British/Polish? Green Jug, Enamelled Design

Stumped again with this one, 6 inches / 150mm tall by 7.25 inches / 185mm diameter including handle.  Ground polished pontil mark. No uranium content.  Enamelled floral/butterfly design.  Any ideas?
