Title: Huge Pedestal Bowl with Hexagonal Foot - Heisey? Tiffin?

This beautiful bowl is very large and very heavy.  It is totally unsigned.  I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me in identifying it, maker, model number and approximate year of production.  I'm assuming 1930s.
