Title: light blue glass vase ID please

Hi everyone!
attached a picture of a light blue glass vase.
I'm no expert but I think that is not pressed glass or mold, wath can it be?
Any Idea? Thanks in advance.

Looks like Czech panel cut from the 1930s though the colour is not obvious.

There's something similar in colour on the Asprey website, just wondering if they marked their glass? I would expect them to do so but not sure.
