Title: Hello again - vintage glass ashtray with Scottie doogs Any ideas?

Hello again  - Was wondering if anyone can help me identify the maker (and what type of glass this is) of this green glass ashtray with Scottie dogs? Approx 13 x 9.5cms. Many many, thanks - you lot are so helpful

Have you tried a UV light on the ashtray. From the edges it looks like it could be Uranium. I think these were made in the 30's.
