Title: Modern Amber Cased Vase w/ Cut Windows

Hi, y'all.  I need some help identifying this vase.  I don't believe it is American or Italian.  The colors and treatment look Czech to me.  Maybe someone could have a look see and let me know if they recognize this type of thing.  I'd appreciate any input you may have.  Thanks so much!

Incredible!  That was such a fast ID.  I'd thought for sure this was going to be one of those that was never identified.  Thank you SOOO MUCH!!!
