Has anyone ever come across this manufacturer? or decorator?

Only seen a handful of pieces labelled thus. Either iridised mould-blown
vases or pieces with a wild decor of thick enamel lines forming drapes etc..
Date-wise I would have guess-timated them somewhere 50´s / 60´s.
No idea wether they were a producer or decorator (or labeller).
