Title: signed hand blown lustre vase with copper banding
Post by: stemidd on May 06, 2012, 06:13:18 AM
hi all,
i have a very unusual hand blown vase with a lustre sheen and a distinctive copper applied band round the neck.
it is 5 inch high x 3 3/4 inch wide, has an etched signature to base with a rough pontil marked base, the copper band has cut outs and has been applied after been blown.
any ideas from you experts out there, looks loetz in style but i cant make signature out, i have shown a close up of it

any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Further confirmation that the signature is that of Anthony Stern - it's the same signature as is on my bits.  ;D
