Title: Tall amber & gold enamel decanter with applied gold stars

I reckon this might qualify as being bling bling ;D.  Very retro looking and quite well made.
Solid glass stopper.  Hollow base.  I'm guessing it might be Italian...  Any thoughts would be very welcome.
