Title: Nice perfume - no maker's mark. Help.

This nicely made perfume looks very like a Richard Clements piece but he is very good at marking cleary with his R inside a C stamp to the side at the base.  THis is probably the first piece I can remember that I suspect might be his but has no marks.

The blob on the side is also rather not in his style .  I am wondering someone else can suggest another potential maker?
